Usually, local customers will receive their goods within 5 working days. For international customers, it is vary from place to place.

Ususally, the delivery cost depends on how heavy they are. So, if you purchase more than 1 item from us, we could add it up as a total mass to post it. Unless there are special discription on an item, there will not be special discount on it.

Yours offer you with the best quality. Our products are tested before selling. We only sell porducts which passed tests. However, everyone's skin conditions are different.Please stop using any skin care product if you found it uncomfortable. And please let us know if you have any further question.

What if I found that your product is fake?
Yours offer only "real" things. If you found anything which is fake, please contact the police and also , provided with evident, we are very pleased to refund and a 10% of product price added as a way to thank you about letting us know what we are doing wrong and help us in such a good way which could help us a lot in improving our stall.
